Role Overview:
The Client Acquisition Consultant - MNCs will focus on acquiring and managing enterprise and multinational clients for Hirly's recruitment services. This role requires structured selling, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise procurement and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire mid-to-large MNC and enterprise clients across sectors.
- Engage with senior HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Business Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Drive structured sales cycles including RFIs, RFPs, vendor onboarding, and contract negotiations.
- Position Hirly as a strategic recruitment partner for volume and niche hiring.
- Account Penetration & Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders.
- Expand accounts by identifying new hiring needs, geographies, and roles.
- Ensure consistent business through renewals, SLAs, and preferred vendor status.
Solution Selling & Market Advisory:
- Present data-driven hiring insights, market intelligence, and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure SLA adherence and service excellence.
- Act as the escalation point for client concerns and relationship management.
Sales Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate vendor compliance, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Achieve revenue, margin, and account growth targets.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales or staffing/recruitment sales.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience handling long sales cycles and complex decision-making structures.
- Analytical mindset with a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-8+ years of experience in enterprise client acquisition or staffing sales.
- Prior experience working with MNCs or large corporate accounts is highly preferred.
