Position Description: Recruitment Lead (L5), Talent Acquisition (CRPL & NTCPL)

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Overview:


- At Clicktech, we're looking for a Full cycle Recruiter who thrives on delivering results and building exceptional teams. The incumbent will own fullcycle recruitment, translating business needs into structured, actionable hiring plans and driving innovative, data-backed sourcing strategies. The role ensures a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders, while embedding process excellence through standardized, scalable recruiting mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives.


- Leveraging strong analytical ability and competitive intelligence, the incumbent will track market trends, interpret hiring metrics, and refine strategies to consistently improve outcomes. The role requires strong ownership, sharp problem-solving skills, and the ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams, while maintaining a relentless focus on raising the bar for talent quality and hiring excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to design and execute hiring strategies across both volume and niche roles, aligning talent plans with business goals

- Build and drive structured recruiting mechanisms (funnels, SLAs, scorecards) to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality hiring outcomes

- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent mapping for critical roles, leveraging competitive intelligence to identify top talent and market trends

- Own end-to-end hiring: source, assess, and close high-quality candidates within defined timelines while ensuring an excellent candidate experience

- Drive process excellence by continuously identifying gaps, standardizing workflows, and implementing best-in-class recruiting practices

- Leverage data and analytical ability to track, interpret, and improve key hiring metrics (TAT, candidate experience, conversion ratios, quality of hire)

- Improve efficiency through automation, ATS optimization, and workflow enhancements to reduce manual effort and increase speed

- Collaborate closely with HR, Compensation, and cross-functional teams to streamline offer management and onboarding processes

- Build partnerships with stakeholders across functions, influencing decisions and driving alignment on hiring priorities

- Continuously gather and apply competitive intelligence (market trends, talent insights, compensation benchmarks) to refine hiring strategies and stay ahead in the talent market

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA (Only from Top B Schools-Mandatory) 2-5 years post-MBA.

- Proven ability to build processes, tools, or mechanisms in hiring

- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior leaders

- Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven hiring decisions

- Ability to independently drive critical roles end-to-end
