About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate, analytical, and entrepreneurial Category Manager to drive growth, selection, and profitability across key categories. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own selection expansion, vendor relationships, and commercial terms.

- Drive pricing, demand generation, and promotional strategies.

- Lead business planning, reporting, and category performance reviews.

- Innovate processes to scale operations and enhance customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Category Management, E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG.

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and execution skills.

- Proven track record of ownership and delivering business results.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred: MBA/Master's degree from a Tier-1 institute.
