Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Planner with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our Bangalore team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency planning, with exposure to digital and media departments.
This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for integrating AI into marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective brand strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with brand management and creative teams to shape brand messaging and creative execution.
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor for clients on ongoing brand initiatives.
- Create comprehensive brand identity documents, including brand personality, positioning, and archetypes.
- Develop brand communication plans and roadmaps tailored to client needs.
- Write and manage creative briefs in partnership with brand teams.
- Conduct primary research and analyze consumer insights and behavioral patterns.
- Identify growth opportunities that benefit both Clevertize and our clients.
- Explore and recommend innovations, automation tools, and AI integration to enhance efficiency and maintain a forward-thinking approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in agency planning, with exposure to digital and media.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior theories.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media channels, digital media, and online marketing.
- Experience in primary research and brand workshops is a plus.
- Ability to use AI platforms and familiarity with AI bots or automation tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI, in marketing practices.
