
About The Role. As an Inbound Senior Sales Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming sales inquiries, nurturing warm leads, and setting up qualified meetings for our Account Executives for the South East Asia market based out of India. Your primary focus will be on engaging with prospects who have shown interest in our products through various marketing channels. This role requires you to be working in shift from 7:30am IST to 3:30pm IST.
What Will You Do:
- Prospect Engagement: Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and chat systems to understand their needs and interests.
- Meeting Setup: Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for Account Executives.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM systems to track, manage, and update lead data.
- Sales Strategy: Continuously refine and improve the lead generation playbook by identifying best practices.
