Sales Recruiter Job Summary: Clear is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top sales talent to meet the organization's sales objectives. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing sales team that drives revenue growth and exceeds targets. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales recruitment strategies and plans to attract qualified candidates. 2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific sales roles and requirements, including sales representatives, account managers, sales executives, etc. 3. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to source and attract a diverse pool of talented sales professionals. 4. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of sales candidates, including reviewing resumes, conducting phone interviews, and administering skills assessments. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data to effectively manage the recruitment pipeline. 7. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers in the selection and decision-making process, including presenting candidate profiles and facilitating debrief sessions. 8. Participate in salary negotiations and offer preparations, ensuring competitive and compelling compensation packages for selected candidates. 9. Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, when required, to support talent acquisition efforts. 10. Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and recruitment strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the sales recruitment process. 11. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new sales hires into the organization. 12. Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar sales recruitment role, preferably within a fast-paced and high-growth environment. 2. Deep understanding of sales roles and requirements, including different sales methodologies, target-driven environments, and sales performance metrics. 3. Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top sales talent using a variety of recruitment channels and techniques. 4. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. 5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders. 6. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates' sales skills, cultural fit, and potential for success. 7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines. 8. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in dealing with sensitive candidate information. 9. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes. 10. Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
