Role Overview: As a Principal Product Designer, you will lead the design vision, strategy, and execution for our B2B products within the International Pod. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, research, and marketing, to create intuitive, scalable, and impactful experiences. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in enterprise/B2B design, a user-first mindset, and a passion for driving high-quality design outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive the end-to-end design process for international B2B products, from discovery to delivery. - Develop and articulate design strategies that align with business goals and user needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex workflows and transform them into seamless user experiences. - Mentor and guide a team of designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Work closely with product managers and engineers to balance design feasibility with technical constraints. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize product usability. - Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and UI components that adhere to design systems and brand guidelines. - Advocate for design best practices and user-centered methodologies within the organization. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on B2B and enterprise solutions. - Proven track record of designing complex, scalable, and user-friendly SaaS platforms. - Expertise in UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). - Experience working with international teams and designing for global markets. - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - A portfolio demonstrating high-quality B2B product design work. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in AI/ML-driven design solutions. - Background in financial technology, healthcare, logistics, or other enterprise domains. - Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
