
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and task completion.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Assist in identifying risks and issues and work on mitigation plans.
- Maintain and update program documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on program objectives.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for projects.
- Participate in program reviews, retrospective meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in project/program management or related functions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).
- Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification such as CAPM or PMP is a plus.
