Role: Growth & Demand Generation Marketing Lead (Global B2B SaaS - Compliance, Tax & Supply Chain Solutions) About Us We are a global B2B SaaS provider specializing in Compliance, Tax, and Supply Chain solutions. With a growing presence across Europe, we help businesses stay compliant, optimize tax operations, and streamline supply chain processes. Our customers include large multinational corporations as well as emerging enterprises. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Growth Marketing - Drive new customer acquisition through 360-degree marketing campaigns across online & offline channels. - Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns - paid & organic - including webinars, emailers, and digital channels. - Develop strategies to increase marketing-attributed revenue and optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates. Sales Enablement & Funnel Acceleration - Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for large enterprises & high-value accounts. - Implement lead nurturing workflows to improve engagement & conversion rates through the funnel. Event & Community Marketing - Plan and optimize participation in flagship industry events, trade shows, and roundtables to maximize ROI. - Organize high-impact customer and industry events with thought leadership sessions & keynote speakers. - Strengthen brand visibility & customer relationships via strategic presence at global events. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization - Define & track key KPIs (TOFU awareness, lead nurturing rates, deal acceleration metrics). - Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI across all channels. - Manage & optimize marketing budgets to align with company growth objectives. - Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, advertising platforms, and global B2B SaaS marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on international markets. - Proven experience in marketing across multiple European markets. - Exposure to compliance/tax regulations such as Peppol, ViDA (VAT in Digital Age), SAF-T is a plus. - Strong understanding of ABM, demand generation, and sales enablement strategies. - Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.).
