Role Summary:
We are looking for a AM Sales who is passionate about building a culture of micro-mobility.
Product Line: Packaging Machinery
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving order booking and invoicing targets monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually basis for the given region.
- Develop region-wise business plan and sales strategy for the market in alignment with business objectives.
- B2B Sales of Blister and Cartooning Machine for the Pharmaceutical domain.
- Strong domain knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage region and individual performances.
- Manage team members for effective coverage of given area and industry segments. setting up KRAs for them, ensure proper training for them to deliver the expectations.
- Identify hiring needs, select & train new salespeople.
- Monthly submission of all sales related reports and timely action to prevent shortfall on targets given.
- Preparation of Visit reports on every visit for self and ensuring same from team members.
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales.
- Create pipeline for future business.
- Analyse the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects for self and team members in your region.
- Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Coordination for participation in exhibitions in the region.
- Follow company culture policy.
Qualifications & Competencies Required:
- MBA, Master's in sales-related field.
- 05 - 06 Years of sales experience for packaging machines
- Be a self-starter who thrives in a rapidly growing organization.
- Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
