
Business Development Manager

Were looking for a Senior Program Manager who combines structured thinking, operational rigor, and strategic depth to lead multi-year, cross-functional programs that shape Clears future.
This role goes beyond traditional program managementyou will operate as a force multiplier for leadership, driving alignment, creating clarity in ambiguous spaces, and ensuring high-quality execution across teams.
Youll own programs end-to-end: from defining the problem space, designing execution plans, aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, enabling teams, and delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute high-priority, cross-functional programs with clear goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans and drive alignment across teams.
- Establish governance cadences, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms to ensure program visibility and accountability.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks earlydrive mitigation and proactively unblock teams.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Ops, and Finance to enable smooth execution.
- Use data and insights to measure program performance, diagnose issues, and guide decision-making.
- Drive process and system improvements (e.g., CRM, workflows, automation) to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Create repeatable playbooks and best practices that elevate execution maturity across the organization.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or PMO roles preferably in high-growth SaaS or tech organizations
- Demonstrated success owning large-scale cross-functional programs with measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical thinkingability to translate data into insights; SQL proficiency is a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving ability with structured frameworks and a bias for action
- Proven ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders with confidence
- Experience building governance frameworks, operating cadences, and cross-functional operating models
- High ownership, resilience, and adaptabilityyou thrive in fast-paced, evolving problem spaces
