We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and strategic direction of our products on a global scale. Your expertise will guide cross-functional teams in creating innovative solutions that address regulatory challenges and ensure our customers' compliance needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the India & Global Products, aligning with the company's objectives and market demands.

- Define a clear vision for the compliance products, considering global regulatory landscapes and industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and regulatory experts to ensure successful product development and launch.

- Foster open communication and alignment among various teams to drive product excellence.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Utilize data analytics and insights to inform product decisions, track key performance indicators, and drive continuous improvements.

- Monitor product metrics to assess the success of product initiatives and inform optimization efforts.

Customer-Centric Approach:

- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and feedback related to compliance solutions.

- Incorporate user insights into the product design and development process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Product Development and Enhancement:

- Lead the development of new compliance features, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving regulatory demands.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product quality, security, and scalability.

Stakeholder Communication:

- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership, sales teams, customers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Must have 4+ years in product management

- Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products.

- Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers.

- Good to have (not required) Finance/Compliance experience (professional or academic)

- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.

- Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
