Mission for SDR Manager
We are seeking a results-oriented SDR Manager to lead a team of SDR's for our EU market. It is a critical role in building pipelines, developing team members, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets. This role requires deep experience in SaaS sales / SDR, strong leadership capabilities, and a data-driven approach to sales management
Key Experiences:
1. Europe Outbound:
- Manage a team of SDRs, for EU business, managing SDRs both from India and EU locally
2. Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs to deliver exceptional performance.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
3. Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement SDR workflows, scripts, and outreach strategies tailored to our SaaS offerings.
- Align SDR activities with sales and marketing initiatives to optimize lead quality.
- Develop scalable processes to increase efficiency and productivity
4. Pipeline Management:
- Monitor and manage lead generation efforts to ensure a healthy pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure qualified leads transition smoothly to the sales team.
- Work with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
5. Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze SDR performance metrics (e.g., call volume, email open rates, qualified leads, conversions).
- Generate regular reports for senior leadership.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve team performance
6. Technology & Tools:
- Manage CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ensure SDRs are effectively utilizing tools like Salesforce, Klenty, or HubSpot to optimize outreach efforts.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Total 5+ years of experience in Saas GTM environment, with at least 2 years of experience in managing SDR team for EU markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline addition targets
- Having deep insights on how to crack meetings and open accounts in Europe (via outbound and inbound both)
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead qualification processes for the Europe market (preference to people having experience in France, Germany, Belgium Spain, Poland)
- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Klenty)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions
