
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Conceptualize and execute (hands-on) creative copywriting.
- Drive marketing collateral, create business-driven problem-solving content stories/campaigns.
- Closely work with the Design team for creative solutions.
- Research, assist, and present new ideas for a variety of creative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to formulate briefs, ideate, and help the team come up with unique ideas
- Must understand consumer journey and simulate relevant outcomes
- Proactively facilitate A/B testing to help improve the quality and CTR of creatives
- Act as an active contributor to brainstorming discussions.
- Must have the ability to ideate and be able to contribute to various creative wireframes
- Work towards doing things differently with available guidance for various brands & themes
- Must evolve campaign ideas, work with external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams
- Take complete ownership of the team & projects assigned.
