Role Summary:

Lead Product Manager owns one critical product pillar within Product X (Networth, Document Vault, AA/Data, Advisory, or Financial Products).

Responsible for shipping high-impact features, driving adoption, and delivering measurable customer value in the early product lifecycle.

This is a builder role focused on execution, insight generation, and solving deep personal finance problems through technology-led advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution & Delivery:

- Own roadmap and execution for a core Product X module (e.g., Networth, Doc Vault, Spend, Portfolio, Advisory).

- Convert product vision into clear specs, flows, PRDs, and measurable outcomes.

- Ship MVP - scale - optimize with high velocity and product quality.

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to deliver product milestones.

Customer Problem Solving:

- Develop deep understanding of customer financial lifecycle and pain points.

- Translate customer behavior into actionable product insights.

- Build features that simplify financial understanding, benchmarking, and decision making.

Data & Metrics Ownership:

- Define and track product success metrics: 1. Activation 2. Engagement 3. Feature adoption 4. Retention 5. NPS.

- Use data to iterate and improve product outcomes continuously.

Platform & Product Thinking:

- Contribute to building unified personal finance experience: 1. Networth tracking 2. Financial health score 3. Document & data intelligence 4. Decision support & advisory.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

- Work with Engineering, Design, Growth, Research, and Business teams.

- Ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- 5 - 8 years product management experience.
