Role Overview:

As the Director Product, you will be the driving force behind the product vision, strategy, and execution for Defmacro's suite of FinTech solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and deliver world-class products that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the market. This role requires a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape, a passion for innovation, and a proven track record of building and scaling successful products. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients and the growth of Defmacro.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Defmacro's FinTech solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.

- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

- Manage and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Represent the product organization to internal and external stakeholders, communicating product vision, strategy, and progress.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to define and execute successful product strategies.

- Proven experience in leading and managing product teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 10-18 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on building and scaling software products.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
