About The Role:

Were seeking an Associate Program Manager who thrives on solving complex, high-stakes problems end-to-end someone with a strategic mindset, analytical depth, and hands-on experience driving results across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This is more than a program management role its a high-impact opportunity where youll own critical programs, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and empower teams to unblock challenges and deliver results with precision.

Outcomes & Responsibilities:

- Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional programs across multiple products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

- Identify blockers, risks, and bottlenecks early and collaborate with teams to resolve them, escalating proactively when needed.

- Track milestones, KPIs, SLAs, and deliverables through dashboards and use data to drive decision-making and performance improvements.

- Break down complex workstreams into actionable tasks, manage dependencies, and drive execution across teams.

- Lead CRM platform enhancements and drive adoption by coordinating releases, communication, and stakeholder alignment.

- Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders and leadership on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps.

- Identify operational gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous process and workflow improvements.

Requirements & Competencies:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.

- 2-7 years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or similar roles.

- Proven hands-on experience in analytical tools, including SQL, Python, and advanced Excel.

- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
