Job Title : Manager - Virtual CFO Advisory

THE JOB ROLE IS TO DEVELOP A VIRTUAL-CFO PRACTICE FOR CLAY CAPITAL, BY ONBOARDING SME, STARTUP CLIENTS FOR ANNUAL VIRTUAL-CFO SERVICES AND DEVELOPING A TEAM TO SERVICE THOSE CLIENTELE. STRICTLY FOR CA CANDIDATES WITH EXTENSIVE CREDIT ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE

Qualifications :

- CA Candidate and an MBA with Credit appraisal experience

- Extremely good understanding of business cycles across sectors

Experience :

- A minimum of 4 yrs of Credit Underwriting and Analysis experience

- Excellent relationship with the SME and Startup Ecosystems

- Exceptional Analysis of Cash flow management, Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial planning & Analysis, Compliance and Risk management and Investor Reporting

- Excellent understanding of Tech interface to integrate the CFO Advisory practice.

Role and Responsibility :

1) Onboarding Virtual CFO assignments from SME and Startup ecosystems

2) Credit Analysis Background - Evaluate the Credibility and project viability

3) Ability to prepare Financial models for detailed Credit evaluation

4) Represent business cases for fundraise evaluations

5) Develop Industry connects and presence in Business forums

6) Develop team for end to end Virtual CFO practice.

Remuneration :

- NR 12 Lakhs to 18 Lakhs per Annum

- Better than Industry Standard for deserving candidate
