Job Title : Associate - Investor Relations

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive investor reporting materials, including quarterly updates and annual reports, to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholder expectations.

- Lead the preparation of pitch decks and marketing collateral for fundraising cycles, ensuring all equity valuation and performance metrics are accurately represented.

- Manage the investor database and CRM systems to streamline communication, track engagement, and ensure timely responses to investor queries.

- Collaborate with the investment team to synthesize market insights and portfolio performance data into actionable intelligence for existing and prospective partners.

- Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and annual general meetings to foster strong, long-term relationships with the firm's capital providers.

- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to support the firm's positioning in the venture capital and private equity landscape.

Required Skillset:

- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with institutional investors, demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and communication clarity.

- Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, equity valuation, and the interpretation of complex fund performance metrics.

- Demonstrated experience in drafting high-quality investment memoranda and professional communication materials for a sophisticated audience.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.

- A solid foundation in finance or business management, typically evidenced by an MBA or a degree from a top-tier academic institution.

- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in roles involving investor relations, investment banking, or equity research.

- Flexibility to operate effectively within a hybrid work environment across our Bangalore and Hyderabad offices.

Experience :

- A minimum, 3 yrs of Incubator, Angel Network, VC fund experience in Investor Relations

- Excellent understanding of the Industry, Outreach programs and BD Initiatives

- Flair of Digital marketing, Advertising and Branding projects.

- Excellent network of UHNI Investors, Wealth managers

Job Role :

1. Sourcing and placement of VC equity fundraise mandates for Early and Mature Startups

2. Develop an Elite - Angel Investor Network

3. Place Startup Equity, Exit portfolio among UHNI Investors

4. Develop Unlisted Securities Distribution network among Wealth managers

5. Participate in Industry Startup Initiatives for Branding and Marketing

6. Develop Events/Programs for an efficient outreach of UHNW Investors and Founders

7. Develop a team for Corporate engagement & UHNW Networking

8. Excellent understanding, network of LP's/VC funds, AIF's and Business Intelligence of the sector

9. Business Intelligence of New Funds launch, mandates, LP's Investments trends

Remuneration :

Better than Industry Standard + additional 100% CTC paid as quarterly bonus.
