As our Analytics Expert you will: - Provide visibility and clarity on How we are performing across business verticals - Synthesize data to provide actionable insights to the leadership/product/sales teams to influence strategy and growth - Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions - Develop, implement, and automate processes to collect and manage data from multiple sources - Partner with internal teams to help scope out the roadmaps for various project implementations - Mentor Junior Analysts in the team Desired Skill Set - BE/BTech from IITs, BITS, NITs and other tier-1 colleges. - 3-5 years of experience working at an agile SaaS company/startup is a plus - You have a problem-oriented mindset (rather than solution-driven), with a strong passion for statistics/analytics - You have strong hands-on knowledge & experience of Excel, SQL - Knowledge of dashboarding or any additional BI and Visualization tools is highly desirable - Bias for Action is another desirable trait
