Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Project Sales

Business Unit: Kalinga

Location: Ahmedabad (Handling Entire Gujarat)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager Project Sales will be responsible for leading and expanding project sales for the Kalinga Business Unit across Gujarat.

Based out of Ahmedabad, this role will drive revenue growth, strengthen market penetration, and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders through strategic business development and effective sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive project sales across the assigned region to achieve revenue and growth targets

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, developers, and consultants

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to maximize performance and productivity

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, providing actionable inputs to management

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and high customer satisfaction

- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and project discussions

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 12 years of experience in project sales, preferably in:

- Building materials

- Marble / tiles

- Construction or allied industries

- Proven track record of driving large-scale project sales and managing regional operations

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
