Claidsphere Solutions - AI/QA Program Manager

Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced AI/QA Program Manager with 6 - 10+ years in program or delivery management to lead end-to-end AI evaluation and QA initiatives across clients and internal products.

- This role requires strong ownership, structured execution, and the ability to coordinate multi-team technical programs involving QA engineers, product/ML teams, DevOps, and client stakeholders.

- You will ensure clear reporting of evaluation results, risks, and recommendations, while standardizing frameworks and best practices for AI QA delivery.

- Candidates must bring solid QA fundamentals, client-facing communication skills, and proven experience managing complex technical programs.

- This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes to ensure that ClaidSphere's solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

- You will be instrumental in shaping the quality roadmap for our clients, directly influencing the reliability and performance of their mission-critical applications.

- Exposure to AI/ML systems, Gen AI evaluation concepts (accuracy, bias, hallucination, safety), or risk/compliance QA is a plus.

- Success means predictable program delivery, actionable client reports, and improved confidence in rapidly evolving AI systems.
