
Job Description:
- On-ground market intelligence and source-based enquiries, including discreet field investigations.
- Proven capability to extract property and land ownership documents, including sale deeds, title deeds, and encumbrance-related records.
- Experience in coordinating with local authorities such as Sub-Registrar Offices, municipal bodies, revenue departments, and land record offices.
- Ability to conduct title verification, ownership tracing, and historical property transaction analysis.
- Familiarity with state-wise land record systems, online portals, and physical record extraction processes.
- Strong local network and liaison skills to facilitate information gathering efficiently.
- Experience in asset tracing, forensic due diligence, or investigation-based assignments will be preferred.
- Ability to prepare concise, well-documented findings and support reports with evidentiary documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on time-sensitive assignments.
