About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Modelling Specialist to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and reviewing complex financial models, supporting fundraising and M&A transactions, and delivering insightful financial analysis that drives strategic decision-making.


- This role demands a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and audit complex financial models including operating models, three-statement models, scenario and sensitivity analyses.

- Perform detailed company valuations using a variety of methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, Precedent Transactions, Sum of the Parts (SOTP), and Net Asset Value (NAV).

- Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence and support M&A execution, fundraising activities, and investor presentations.

- Analyze financial statements to identify trends, perform quality of earnings assessments, and conduct working capital and EBITDA normalization.

- Prepare investor-grade presentations and reports that succinctly communicate key findings and strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, tax, and compliance to ensure smooth transaction execution.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory frameworks, and market trends affecting financial modelling and transaction advisory.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in financial modelling, investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction advisory.

- Proven expertise in building detailed, audit-ready financial models from scratch.

- Deep understanding of valuation techniques and their application in real-world scenarios.

- Hands-on experience with financial due diligence processes, including quality of earnings and normalization analyses.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint for preparing presentations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a remote work environment.

- Knowledge of regulatory, tax, and compliance issues related to financial transactions is highly desirable.
