Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Finance Manager to partner with business leaders in driving financial performance, commercial decision-making, and strategic growth.

The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, pricing, profitability, and providing actionable insights to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a finance business partner to sales, marketing, and operations teams

- Provide commercial and financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

- Analyze revenue, margins, pricing, and cost structures to drive profitability

- Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements

- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics

- Conduct variance analysis and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders

- Evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and growth initiatives

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls

- Work closely with accounting teams on month-end and year-end close processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- 4+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business finance roles

- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills

- Solid understanding of P&L management and revenue recognition

- Experience supporting sales, pricing, and commercial negotiations

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, BI tools)
