Role Business Development Manager

Education Qualification: MBA / B Tech

Required Certification if any: Automation Anywhere / UiPath / Power Automate (preferable)

Years of Experience: 5 -10 years

Intelligent Automation / presales

RPA

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Generative AI

Python / AA / UiPath

Knowledge required:

- The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of different automation solutions / products / languages like Automation Anywhere, Uipath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, Python, AI, Gen AI, etc and should be aware of the business problems, which are solved by these technology solutions.

- Experience of leading & managing Sales team of large / mid-size IT/Tech OEM companies is essential

- Personal database for generating leads.

- Updated knowledge on latest trends in the tech sector automation

- Existing working relationship with multiple clients (at least 5-10) with strong client connect at decision maker levels.

- Should be comfortable to work with Sales target of at least INR 2 - 3 Crores of sales closure per quarter

Skills required:

- Result oriented and self-motivated to generate business and has proven track record

- Pure technology sales experience

- Good documentation skills using Word, PowerPoint, Excel should be able to draft and lead sales proposals singlehandedly.

- Strong relationship skills both for internal team and client base

- Experience in pure sales across B2B Sales, targeting Captive Units, GCCs, CXOs, CIOs and IT Enterprises.
