CLA Indus Value Consulting - Associate Consultant - Due Diligence

Job Responsibilities:

- Transaction Advisory Services

- Financial / M&A Due Diligence

- Preparation of investment collaterals independently with moderate guidance including preparation of financial models, valuations, flyers and information memorandum etc.

- Handling client interaction in co-ordination with Partner

- Working to evaluate feasibility of the deals

- Closure of documents

- Knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code preferred

- Working with Partner on various business initiatives, strategies, analysis, preparation of notes etc

Knowledge Required:

- Should have a good understanding of financial methodologies and concepts

- Expertise in analyzing financial statements, cash flows, working capital etc.

- Knowledge of M&A transactions and deal structuring

- Ability to identify red flags, accounting irregularities, and inconsistencies in financial data.

- Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial transactions

Skills Required:
