cKinetics is seeking a Publication & Content Specialist with a strong interest in content management and digital communication.

- This position is part of our carbon markets team, which is primarily based in New Delhi, with a diverse extended team operating globally.
Purpose of the position:
- As a Publication Expert in the carbon markets team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the flawless presentation of content across our platform, website, and communication channels.
- You will be the guardian of our brand's consistency and user experience, ensuring our content is not only well-formatted and accurate but also strategically positioned for maximum reach and engagement.
- Your work will directly impact how our clients interact with our platform, ensuring they have access to high-quality reports, up-to-date event information, and a seamless online experience.
- In addition to maintaining content quality, you will be responsible for optimizing our content across digital channels to ensure high rankings in search engines, driving increased visibility.

Key responsibilities:
Content Presentation & Quality Assurance:
- Review and ensure flawless formatting, accuracy, and presentation of all client-facing reports, articles, and content across our website platform, and communications.
- Maintain brand consistency, ensuring content aligns with company guidelines and standards.
Website Content Management & SEO Optimization:
- Oversee the content on the website, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and well-structured.
- Implement SEO best practices for on-page optimization, ensuring content ranks high in search engines to maximize visibility and reach.
- Monitor and track SEO performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Campaigns & Newsletter Management:
- Manage the creation, scheduling, and distribution of newsletters, ensuring they are engaging, error-free, and align with company objectives.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns to engage clients, share updates, and drive platform usage.
Competitor Tracking & Market Analysis:
- Monitor competitor content strategies and website performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance content positioning and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Event Management & Client Communication:
- Collaborate with the events team to update event-related content on the website and ensure timely, accurate communication to clients.
- Support team in building a CRM database.
Content Marketing Support:
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of content, support in social media marketing and other content initiatives.
- Collaborate in developing content strategies that engage our target audience, enhance platform engagement, and improve the marketing and visibility of published content.
Client Interface & Experience:
- Ensure that all content delivered through the platform and website provides a seamless and informative experience for clients.
- Regularly update client-facing sections of the website, ensuring accurate, timely information about services, events, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Skillsets:
Educational Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in content management, digital marketing, or related roles are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices while experience of using SEO tools will be a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp); basic knowledge of WordPress websites will be an added advantage.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva is desirable but not essential.
Content Creation & Quality Assurance:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and ensure high-quality content across various formats (e.g., reports, web pages, newsletters).
- Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to internal teams and clients.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Ability to analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates) and implement strategies for improvement.
- Strong analytical mindset to track SEO performance and competitive content strategies.
Client-Centric Mindset:
- Experience in customer-facing roles or a strong focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to understand criticality of client needs and ensure content and communication channels align with these needs.

- Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Competitor & Market Awareness:
- Ability to track competitor content strategies, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights for improving content positioning and engagement.
