Job Title: Product Manager - Channel Management

Location: Delhi

Experience: 4- 8 years in product management, channel sales, ordistribution strategy (preferably in financial services or EV financing)Role Overview:

The Product Manager - Channel Management will be responsible for developing and optimizing the channel partner ecosystem for EVfinancing.

The role involves managing partnerships with dealers, OEMs,fintech platforms, and aggregators to enhance loan penetration and customer acquisition.

This includes identifying key channel partners, improving partner engagement, and ensuring seamless integration of financing solutions into their sales processes.

Key Responsibilities: Channel Strategy & Development:

- Design and implement a structured channel partner strategyfor EV financing.

- Identify and onboard OEMs, dealers, and aggregators asfinancing partners.

- Develop pricing, incentive structures, and engagementframeworks for channel partners.

Product & Process Enhancement:

- Define and improve financing products and workflows toensure seamless partner integration.

- Work closely with sales, credit, and risk teams to alignproduct offerings with market needs.

- Leverage technology to digitize and streamline financingprocesses for partners.

Partner Performance Management:

- Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to track partnercontributions.

- Optimize partner activation, engagement, and retentionstrategies.

- Negotiate terms, incentives, and business agreements withpartners to maximize engagement.

- Conduct regular training and engagement programs forchannel partners.

Sales & Performance Monitoring:

- Drive business growth by setting and monitoring partnersales targets.

- Analyze data on partner performance, market trends, andcustomer behavior to optimize channel strategies.

- Implement incentive structures and engagement programs toboost partner productivity.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

- Track industry trends and competitive offerings in channel financing.

- Develop insights and recommendations for continuous product improvement.

Cross- Functional Collaboration:

- Work with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth partner transactions.

- Coordinate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for channel partners.

Key Requirements:


4- 8 years of experience in product management, channel sales, or distribution strategy in financial services.

- Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks, OEM partnerships, and channel financing models.

- Ability to work with cross- functional teams, especially sales, risk,and operations.

- Experience with digital lending platforms, API integrations, andtech- driven partner solutions is a plus.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data- driven decision- making.

- Develop strong relationships with dealers, OEMs, fintechaggregators, and other partners.

- Negotiate terms, incentives, and business agreements withpartners to maximize engagement.

- Ensure smooth partner onboarding, training, and performance tracking
