Ck Birla Hospital - Social Media Manager

Role Overview:

- Taking forward the Founder's visual identity of the brand across all touchpoints.

- Lead campaign concepts from idea to final output.

- Ensure consistent, elevated storytelling across social, website, and campaigns.

- Work closely with marketing and content teams, and directly with the co-founder, to create high-impact content.

- Guide and mentor designers and copywriters to raise the overall creative standard.

- Ability to take an idea from moodboard to final, polished output.

- A sharp eye for clean, premium aesthetics.

- Obsession with details, textures, and visual storytelling.

- Ability to balance creative ambition with execution speed.

Ad Content Creation:

- Create strong ad ideas, hooks, captions and copies for performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google and other digital channels.

Social Media Management:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media pages.

- Plan posts, reels, stories and campaigns.

Content Ideas:

- Think of fresh content ideas for brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Content Execution:

- Work with designers, video editors and marketing teams to get posts, ads and videos made on time.

Campaign Support:

- Support brand campaigns, offers, launches and topical content.

Performance Check:

- Look at which ads and posts are working and suggest new content ideas accordingly.
