Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field
- Min 3-7 years of experience in Branding and Marketing and min. 2-3 years experience in social media for a reputed B2C / D2C brand in FMCG / retail / healthcare/ Wellness
- Should have experience of working with creative agencies
- Should have good creative insights
- Can work on Canva and AI to generate creatives
- Plan and execute video content and shoots with stakeholders
Key Job Responsibilities:
Create social media strategy for the company in line with branding and marketing strategy, to:
- Increase Brand awareness
- Improve customer engagement, conversion and retention
- Drive website traffic
- Work with creative agencies to generate engaging content and campaigns for social media, in line with branding guidelines
- Create and nurture social media communities
- Form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms
- Communicate with customers, respond to their queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Track effectiveness of social media campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, etc. and loop back learnings future campaigns
- Stay abreast with competition posts/campaigns and new trends in social media
- Share MIS /dashboards and insights with key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Manage paid marketing creatives- Design and Content Creation with ability to work on Canva and churn out creatives for campaign when required
- Good with data and numbers
