Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design and execute center-wise and region-wise sales strategies aligned to overall business growth objectives, market potential, and competitive landscape.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, doctor potential analysis, referral mapping, and patient flow insights.
- Develop and implement referral doctor engagement strategies to increase wallet share, strengthen loyalty, and onboard new doctors.
- Drive sales force effectiveness frameworks to improve productivity, coverage, and ROI of deployed resources.
- Define optimal sales force sizing, structure, and deployment models based on market potential and growth plans.
- Partner with HR and Training teams to identify capability gaps and define training interventions
- Design and deploy camp strategies to generate footfalls, including location planning, local marketing coordination, and follow-up conversion mechanisms.
- Monitor camp performance and conversions, ensuring learnings are fed back into future planning.
- Review sales dashboards, MIS, and productivity reports across centers and regions.
- Drive adoption of CRM and sales automation tools to enhance efficiency
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- MBA /PG in any discipline
- 12-15 years of experience in pharma, with at least 2-3 years experience in sales strategy
- Strong understanding of doctor engagement models and referral business.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful sales strategies with measurable impact
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and execution skills
- Willingness to travel to outstation clinics
