Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage complete warehouse operations - inbound, storage, inventory, and outbound dispatch.

- Ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment with minimal errors and losses.

- Develop and implement SOPs for seamless warehouse functioning.

- Optimize workforce management, productivity, and resource utilization.

- Monitor and control inventory health, stock accuracy, and shrinkage.

- Track KPIs like order accuracy, TAT, inventory variance, and cost efficiency.

- Coordinate with supply chain, category, and logistics teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.

- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse teams to drive performance.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

- 8-10 years of proven experience in warehouse management (E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail preferred).

- Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory control, and large-scale warehouse operations.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.

- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
