Role Overview: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
- This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role designed for individuals who thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch.
- As an EIR, you will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify, design, and execute high-impact initiatives across the organization.
You could be:
- Building and launching new product lines
- Unlocking new business growth levers
- Developing new categories from scratch
- Designing innovative supply chain constructs
- Solving operational bottlenecks at scale
This role requires both strategic thinking and strong on-ground execution. You will collaborate across category, supply chain, business development, marketing, and product teams.
What We're Looking For:
Pedigree : IIT / Top NIT alumnus
Experience : 2-3 years at ITC
We value the operational rigor, distribution depth, and structured execution mindset you've built there.
Mindset & Skills:
- Proven track record of creatively solving complex problems
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
