Role: Entrepreneur in Residence:
EIR is a zero to one role and does not mandatorily require any deep functional expertise. You will be leading projects to solve interesting problems ranging from building new products, unlocking business growth potential, developing new categories to designing supply chain constructs. The role will require strategic thinking and also the willingness to work with stakeholders on the ground as and when necessary. It will involve working closely with founders & management and collaborating with multiple teams within CityMall including category, supply chain, business development, marketing and product.
Skills Required:
- Proven success in creatively solving problems and refining processes and procedures
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and detail-oriented
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and to get your hands dirty
- Ability to work in an unstructured / semi-structured environment
- Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
