Job Description: Ad Monetization Manager (FMCG Only , Grocery) About Us: CityMall is a fast-growing grocery-first e-commerce platform, transforming how Bharat consumers shop daily Groceries. We are currently serving 10L+ customers monthly in 60 cities across North India. Role Overview: As the Ad Monetization Lead, you'll own the strategy and execution of our ad monetization engine. You'll work directly with CPG brands to design, sell, and optimize advertising solutions that drive visibility, conversions, and revenue. This is a high-impact role combining strategic thinking, creative solutioning, client management, and performance marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development of a scalable, brand-first retail media strategy - Partner with CPG brands to craft media plans aligned to their goals, leveraging first-party data and insights - Build, sell, and manage ad products (e.g. sponsored listings, brand stores, shoppable content). - Track campaign performance, deliver insights, and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Category. - Benchmark against leaders to continuously evolve offerings. Requirements: - 5+ years in ad monetization, or retail media. Grocery experience is a plus - Proven ability to manage large brand accounts and drive results. - Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with ad platforms/tools. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
