City Operations Head - EV/Battery Swapping

Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end city operations for battery-swapping stations.

- Manage station uptime, battery availability, swap turnaround time and network utilization.

- Own city-level operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

- Manage Cluster Heads, Station Operations and on-ground teams.

- Plan manpower deployment, shifts, productivity and resource utilization.

- Monitor battery inventory, movement, charging, faulty batteries and replacements.

- Coordinate with central operations or control room for real-time operational issues.

- Manage third-party vendors for logistics, maintenance, battery repair and infrastructure services.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor station performance through operational dashboards and analytics.

- Coordinate with landlords, fleet partners, OEMs and other city stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with safety, SOPs and operational standards.

- Support expansion of swapping stations within the city and ensure smooth new-site commissioning.

- Drive cost optimization while maintaining service reliability.
