Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive city-level growth, retention, and P&L performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct retention analytics to quantify the impact of pricing, service levels, assortment, and loyalty initiatives on repeat rates and churn.
- Develop lifecycle-based customer segments and identify value pools to design targeted growth programs.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to measure impact and define success metrics.
- Translate analytical insights into actionable CRM journeys, engagement campaigns, and product interventions.
- Monitor city-level KPIs including retention, order frequency, basket size, contribution margins, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct rapid surveys and qualitative research to gather consumer insights and validate hypotheses.
- Manage and maintain self-serve dashboards for retention and performance tracking, ensuring a single source of truth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply, Marketing, Pricing, and Product to execute city growth initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend strategic pricing or assortment optimizations.
Experience Required:
- 4-10 years of experience in analytics, growth strategy, category management, or city operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS SQL and data analysis tools.
- Experience in growth strategy, retention analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
- Exposure to e-commerce, quick commerce, or grocery delivery environments preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a data-first mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
