Role Overview

The City Lead is responsible for revenue growth and overall management of centres in the assigned city. This includes business development, administration, and expansion planning. The role involves working closely with the COO for revenue strategy and with the Head of Operations and Customer Delight Manager to ensure high service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Management

- Partner with the COO to drive top-line growth across all centres in the city

- Lead enterprise sales, renewals, and occupancy targets

2. Operations & Customer Experience

- Collaborate with the Head of Operations to ensure seamless delivery of services across all centres.

- Align with the Customer Delight Manager to maintain service quality and resolve escalations effectively

- Monitor vendor SLAs, housekeeping, IT, and facility management performance

3. Centre Oversight & Administration

- Supervise Centre Managers and oversee day-to-day operations across locations

- Implement SOPs, conduct audits, and ensure statutory compliance and documentation

4. City Strategy & Expansion

- Drive city mapping and identify key micro markets and industry clusters

- Lead the evaluation process for new centres.
