About the Role We are seeking a driven, sales-focused City Lead to spearhead revenue growth and operational excellence for flexible workspace centers in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in B2B sales, strong enterprise relationships, and the ability to lead high-performing teams in the coworking and commercial real estate sector. Key Responsibilities - Drive and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for flexible workspace solutions in Delhi NCR. - Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build robust pipelines, and improve conversion rates. - Build and nurture relationships with Founders, CXOs, Heads of Real Estate, CFOs, and other key decision-makers in large enterprises, Fortune 500s, and high-growth startups. - Understand client workspace needs and expansion plans, positioning the value proposition of flexible workspaces to accelerate their business. - Lead, coach, and motivate a city revenue team to achieve ambitious sales and performance metrics. - Personally participate in high-value prospect meetings, leveraging internal resources to close large and complex deals. - Execute outbound sales initiatives, including broker and real estate partner outreach, to drive new business. - Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. - Represent the brand at industry conferences, networking events, and business development initiatives. - Collaborate with internal teams (Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, Alliances) to ensure member satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial real estate, coworking, or capital markets leasing. - Bachelor's degree (minimum 3 years). - Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling and managing long sales cycles. - Strong executive presence with experience engaging C-level executives. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and result-oriented mindset. - Experience with CRM/SaaS sales tools is an advantage. - Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and drive teams toward ambitious targets.
