Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented City Head to lead real estate operations in Ahmedabad, with a strong focus on luxury residential property sales. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, proven leadership in driving high-value sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the city-level business strategy, focusing on luxury residential real estate sales.

- Drive revenue growth by achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding market presence.

- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with HNIs/UHNIs, investors, and premium clients.

- Oversee and guide a high-performing sales team, ensuring effective mentoring, motivation, and performance management.

- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to design and implement city-specific campaigns and initiatives.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

- Represent the organization at premium events, roadshows, and networking forums in Ahmedabad and beyond.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and ethical business practices.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in luxury residential real estate.


Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Ahmedabads luxury property market, including trends, customer expectations, and regulatory framework.


Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving business objectives.


Skills:


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Smart, confident, and presentable personality.

- Strong client relationship management and networking ability.

Language: Proficiency in Gujarati and English is mandatory.
