About the Role :

We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded workspace solutions company that is transforming how modern offices are designed and built. As part of their expansion across Tier-1 cities, they are hiring City Heads who will lead revenue, drive B2B client acquisition, and establish a strong presence in their respective markets. This is a high-ownership, front-line leadership role for someone who understands commercial real estate, interiors, managed offices, coworking, or workspace transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end revenue for the city and drive strong B2B acquisition.

- Build long-term relationships with corporates, co-working operators, developers, architects, and consultants.

- Proactively generate leads through networking, market research, and on-ground intelligence.

- Consult with clients on workspace needs; conduct site visits; present design-build solutions.

- Manage full sales cycle - proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closure.

- Work closely with design, project, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Who Should Apply:

- 5-12 years of experience in commercial interiors, workspace solutions, real estate, design & build, or similar B2B sales environments.

- Strong understanding of Tier-1 market dynamics.

- Proven ability to close high-value B2B deals and manage long sales cycles.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with CXOs.
