
Hiring City Head Pune for a Leading Real Estate Company
Role Summary:
The City Head - Pune is responsible for driving P&L ownership, city-wide sales growth, customer experience, and overall business operations in the Pune market. This role leads multiple teams, ensures service delivery excellence, and drives revenue through strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business & Revenue Ownership:
- Own the P&L and revenue targets for the Pune business.
- Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions for revenue optimization.
2. Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage Inside Sales, Field Sales, and Relationship Management teams.
- Drive lead conversion, improve sales productivity, and monitor funnel metrics.
- Implement best-in-class sales processes and ensure target achievement.
3. Operations & Service Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end operations including customer onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with centralized teams to improve product adoption and service efficiency.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) for all services (Rent, Buy/Sell, Packers & Movers, Home Services, etc.).
4. Team Management
- Recruit, train, lead and mentor large-scale teams (100-300+) across sales & operations.
- Develop performance-driven culture and manage incentive frameworks.
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance assessments.
5. Market Expansion & Strategy
- Identify local market opportunities, competitor analysis, and new revenue streams.
- Drive strategic initiatives to strengthen NoBroker's presence in Pune.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and central leadership for city-specific campaigns.
6. Process Excellence
- Improve operational efficiency, reduce turnaround time (TAT), and ensure high-quality service.
- Implement SOPs and enforce compliance with company policies.
- Monitor dashboards and analytics to make data-driven decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
8-15 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Business Management, preferably in:
- PropTech
- Real Estate Services
- Marketplace / Consumer Internet
- BFSI or similar B2C environments
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and scaling city/business operations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
