Description: We are hiring for a City Head Primary Business at Pune location.
Role Overview:
The City Head will be responsible for driving end-to-end business growth for the Primary Real Estate vertical in Pune, including sales, business development, marketing, operations, and complete city-level P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead city-level sales, marketing, property onboarding, and customer success
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Manage and scale high-performing sales and operations teams
- Own city-level P&L, budgeting, and cost controls
- Build strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
- Ensure SOP adherence, compliance, and superior customer experience
Experience Required:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate sales / business leadership
- Strong exposure to primary sales and city-level operations
- Proven experience in managing large teams and city P&L
- Deep understanding of the Pune real estate market
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with proven success in high-value real estate sales.
- Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, and sales reporting dashboards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and competitive environment.
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- At least 3 to 5 years in a city or regional leadership role in real estate or allied sectors.
