Experience:

- 610+ years of progressive experience in operations, sales, or general management roles

- Proven track record of owning and driving P&L for a city or business unit

- Prior exposure to startups, marketplaces, real estate, or consumer internet businesses is highly desirable

- Demonstrated ability to execute complex initiatives with speed and precision

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities

- Exceptional people leadership and team-building skills

- Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing abilities

Education: Bachelors degree is mandatory; MBA from a reputed institution preferred
