Role Overview:

- As a City Lead, you will be directly responsible for owning and scaling Homesfys annual Business for bangalore location.

- This will be a team lead opportunity This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving growth through strategic execution, team leadership, and deep developer engagement.

- You will lead sales across City, manage key accounts, and help shape Homesfys journey as a market-leading, publicly listed company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and exceed 1000 Cr+ annual business targets from primary residential sales across targeted regions

- Lead and scale City sales organization, including hiring, training, performance management, and incentive design

- Develop and sustain key relationships with leading developers, unlocking premium inventory and joint business opportunities

- Design and execute sales strategy, go-to-market plans, and City-level expansion initiatives

- Monitor and optimize funnel metrics (conversion, ticket size, cycle time, etc.) and drive a first performance culture

- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless CX and lead conversion

- Represent Homesfy in developer, industry, and investor-facing forums as the face of national revenue growth

- City Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive city-level growth and operations strategy aligned with national objectives

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a high-performing local team across functions (e.g.,operations, sales, support)

- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure service excellence, efficiency, and scalability

- Community Engagement: Build partnerships with local stakeholders, businesses, and community leaders to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty

- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and use data insights to optimize operations and achieve city targets.

- Customer Success: Serve as the point of escalation for major customer issues and ensure outstanding local user experience

- Budget Oversight: Manage city-level budget, ensuring efficient allocations of resources

- Reporting: Provide regular updates to City and national leadership on performance, challenges, and opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 15 - 20 years of experience with at least 5 years in City sales leadership roles

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communications abilities

- Deep knowledge of Bangalores local market and customer behavior

- Background in real estate or high-value B2C sales with proven results
