City Head - Logistics - Quick Commerce Startup

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and oversee all first mile and mid mile logistics operations across Bangalore

- Manage a large multi-functional team including dark store managers, DC leads, and delivery partners

- Drive city-level KPIs: OTIF, order accuracy, fulfilment TAT, and cost per order

- Own vendor relationships, 3PL contracts, and hub-level SLA management

- Collaborate with corporate supply chain, category, and tech teams to enable operational scale

- Identify and resolve city-level bottlenecks; champion process improvements and cost optimisation

- Drive expansion of the dark store network within the city - location identification, setup, and ramp-up

- Prepare and present city performance reports to the leadership team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or quick commerce operations

- Demonstrated ability to manage large city-level or regional operations teams

- Deep understanding of first mile, mid mile, and last mile logistics ecosystems

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities

- Prior experience in quick commerce, hyper-local delivery, or modern trade operations strongly preferred

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution preferred
