Roles & Responsibilities

Business Leadership & Coordination

- Act as the single point of accountability for city-level business performance.

- Drive complete coordination across Production, Sales, Accounts, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, and Marketing teams.

- Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain and customer satisfaction.

Operations & Supply Chain Management

- Monitor inventory, stock status, replenishment, and returns across all distribution centers.

- Oversee delivery operations and ensure SLA compliance.

- Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service excellence.

- Establish, monitor, and expand distribution centers strategically within the city.

Sales & Business Growth

- Review daily outlet sales, track orders, and ensure consistent supply to avoid stock-outs.

- Plan and execute city-level marketing and RWA campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

- Build strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and manage a multilevel workforce (on-roll and off-roll employees).

- Monitor overall productivity, performance, and daily MIS reports.

- Regularly appraise team members, conduct reviews, and coordinate with HR for L&D initiatives.

- Build and scale high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with company culture.
