Warehouse Operations
Essential Requirements :
- Rigor to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can handle large-size blue-collared staff.
- Should have experience of handling a facility which is at least 2 lakh sqft
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining metrics.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize workflow, minimize errors, and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, and logistics to fulfill orders efficiently and resolve any issues if may arise.
- Continuously evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
