We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Manager to lead and oversee audits for Not-for-Profit (NFP), Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD engagements. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in US GAAP and US GAAS, proven team leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with US GAAP and US GAAS.

- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of accounting and auditing professionals.

- Perform independent accounting and auditing research and provide technical guidance.

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers, supervisors, and U.S.-based teams.

- Review financial statements, ensuring appropriate presentations and disclosure impact analysis.

- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and manage projects based on urgency and client needs.

- Adapt to new tools and technology; demonstrate a willingness to learn new software as required.

Position Requirements :

- Minimum 10 years of experience in US GaaP and US GaaS.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or other equivalent professional qualification in accounting or taxation.

- Experience with Caseware and Caseview preferred.

- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Industry exposure to NFP, Single Audit, Government, and/or HUD engagements.

- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, including during busy seasons.

- Highly enthusiastic, quick learner, and a proactive team player.
